I gave up my caffeine addiction (diet coke) about 3 1/2 weeks ago and I lost 5 lbs (I have no idea how since it was a zero calorie drink but YAY)...... it was hard to come down off the caffeine, but after a week I started to feel ok in the morning without it. I have also gone from skipping breakfast to having a yogurt, protein powder, and frozen fruit smoothie in the morning and I told Mike I was AMAZED at how much better I was feeling in the morning, a way better feeling than a can of diet coke. I think it may just kill my blender though (it doesn't like to chop ice that much).....

I certainly need to get with the exercise program though...
