I just ordered the Sedaris book on Amazon! That and the new Palahniuk book, Snuff. Good thing the written word is still churning quality stuff out since TV and movies seem like a waste of time these days...

I loved the two book covers! I had just seen David Sedaris on Jon Stewart and was planning on getting the book. Ironically, I am reading a hysterical book that reminds me of the Sedaris family. I am bringing it to you at the party. It is "The Spellman Files" by first time published author Lisa Lutz. It is about a whole family in the private eye business. The Target clips made me cry with laughter, especially the yogurt ones. Yogurt ads were definitely beginning to annoy me. I am going back to read the rest of the links. Travis is testing today for his 2nd degree black belt, and I wanted to go but we have a flat tire and only a donut spare, so we aren't going. See ya. bzh
I find it amusing that nobody has mentioned the Disturbed album. Am I really the only one who likes to follow up the wry humor of David Sedaris with some energetic head-banging?
Just finished listening to David Sedaris' Holidays on Ice.

I want to get that Sedaris book too. You'll have to let me know how it was.

Loved his interview today on NPR - http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=91310499
That man talks more about body fluids than should be legally allowed.
