It must be something in the atmosphere. I've been having the same problem, along with really weird dreams.


My personal cure for insomnia: half a peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat bread. Got me through two years of nursing babies and countless more of restless kids.

I find that my insomnia is often caused by erratic blood sugar and the combination of a protein and carb helps immensely. Just a thought from someone else who loves to sleep!


Deb - Thanks for the tip! I forgot that some carbs usually help. I'll try that tonight.
