my wife and I always wanted to know how Yoga burns fat. I can understand Ashtanga yoga because you are moving from position to position so quick, but we are clueless on the rest.


My guess is that it burns fat simply by building muscle and speeding up your metabolism in the process.


I have never been able to touch my toes. Ever. I applaud you.


Jane, unless you are planning on becoming a professional limbo dancer, what is the benefit of a "bendy Jane" ?
