I feel your pain. Each time I go to the store for a new pair of pants or shirt, I find that the size in my closet no longer fits. I chase my two kids around on a regular basis, but it just isn't enough. Finding time and something that I'm willing to spend that precious free time doing is the battle I face every day.

If wishing could make is so, I'd be a skeleton! Good luck on launching a new lifestyle for yourself...before you know it, it will be habit & routine!

Good show! Doing something is always better than doing nothing. Also, studies have shown that people that exercise in the morning are more likely to stick with it. However, don't overdo for the first week or two, it's a very gradual process.

I've lost six pounds in three and a half weeks, by just cutting out the beer and eating less. It's not been that big a deal either. The odd treat breaks the monotony.

Good luck with the yoga OM !

If you need exercise, I'd be happy to loan you my kid on a regular basis. Chasing her has kept the baby weight and five extra off. I'm going to have to hire a new kid when she gets old enough to walk on her own!

Thanks for all the words of encouragement!
